The Klein Epic 1957 Strat pickup set sounded so authentic that I had to try it in a few different amps to be sure I wasn't just imagining things. The sweet high end, sparkly but still punchy, and the non-muddy, bright round lows that characterize the best vintage Strat tones were all there. Every position of the pickup selector switch yielded beautiful tone. The Strat we put them in was anything special but was hard to put down because everything sounded so present and musical with the Klein pickups in it.
