We're looking for one unique individual, or Prince's bass player to grab this beauty. The body has been refinished with a cool '60s vibe, purple sparkle, and the fingerboard has been refretted, but retains it's original finish. The neck is very comfortable and plays well. The pickups are also original and they sound deep and quite meaty. There are some fine pick marks just behind the pickguard but, otherwise the body is in fine condition. The finish on the underside of the neck has peeled away, probably due to shrinkage of the neck wood. The headstock finish is also a bit dried and cracked, which gives it that relic look. She is over 30 years old, after all.
