Usually, you can't find quilted maple on an acoustic guitar but, with Taylor's "Build to Order" program, anything is possible. All of the woods for this guitar were hand selected by a Rainbow Guitars representative. And yes, the quilt on the back and sides of this Taylor Grand Auditorium is exceptional, yet not quite as exceptional as the sound it produces. The sound that flows out of this guitar is deep, lush and thick, and yet, clear as a bell. And, of course, it's so easy to play - it's a Taylor!
