Key new features include an extremely comfortable asymmetrical version of the SlimTaper™ neck profile that will seem to fit your hand like a glove, a compound-radius rosewood fingerboard, and stealth wiring for the warm and clear sounding BurstBucker Pro™ 1 & 2 pickups. Individual coil splitting, phase reversal, and Pure Bypass switching are included all without changing the look of the classic control layout while allowing for some very dynamic tone changes. The guitar proudly shows off its looks with a beautiful Grade-AAA figured maple top, that sits comfortably on the its traditional mahogany body. The mahogany back, treated to Gibson’s new modern weight relief pattern for improved comfort and enhanced resonance, provides a blend of richness, depth, punch, and clarity that no single-wood guitar can provide.
