Fender Custom Shop 1958 Jazzmaster Lake Placid Blue

Item: FE9231004996

In 1958 Fender created the earliest version of their top of the line guitar, the Fender Jazzmaster. Tonally, this guitar will instantly impress with a rich, biting Strat kind of sound when engaging the lower (white) controls. However, when using the top (black) controls you will release the “Jazzmaster” tone, a filtered neck pickup sound that is warm and full and has it’s own volume and tone controls. We’ve modernized this design with a 9.5” fingerboard radius for easier bending, and tall skinny 6105 frets for really digging in. Cosmetically, this guitar is stunning with it’s dark rosewood fretboard against a classic Lake Placid Blue body, a gold anodized guard and black pickup covers, simply beautiful. Check out the aged white knobs with aged green writing, this is just more icing on the cake, and looks fantastic.

The Fender Custom Shop Jazzmaster is a “musically inspiring” joy to play, with a tonal palette that can satisfy a wide range of musical styles. This particular guitar has a classy NOS finish that shines with a brand new sparkle. This guitar is a winner. - Scott
