Fender Geddy Lee Jazz Bass Black
Item: FE0257702306
The Geddy Lee Jazz Bass is a Japanese-made Artist Signature bass produced by Fender in honor of Rush bassist/vocalist Geddy Lee. This Geddy Lee "signature" Jazz Bass guitar is a recreation of Lee's favorite bass, a 1972 model Fender Jazz that he bought in a pawn shop in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It's an exact replica of the tonally singular instrument that Rush’s revered bassist/vocalist has riffed away on in front of thousands of devoted fans worldwide, and on many a mega-selling album.
The bass has an alder body, a one-piece, thin
C-shaped maple neck and fingerboard with black binding and black rectangular position markers. Other features include chrome hardware, vintage-style tuning machines and a Badass® Bass II™ bridge. The two vintage Jazz Bass single-coil pickups crackle with life and bristle with energy.
