By employing an ICT point source driver, an efficiently designed cast aluminum case and a BASH 150 Watt amplifier, VoiceSolo VSM-300 XT delivers an intelligible, yet natural vocal sound. Great care was taken in the design to ensure flat frequency response over its range. Where other personal monitors accentuate high mids and highs, all you hear from a VoiceSolo is your rich tone. The cast aluminum case greatly minimizes ring and resonance so that, behind and to the sides of a VoiceSolo, there is no muddying effect for your audience or band members.
Your monitoring needs can vary by venue, the size of your group and the level of your performance or practice. VSM-300 XT can be use in numerous mounting positions including the highly practical method of integrating VoiceSolo XT into your boom mic-stand, saving stage space. However, conventional options can also be used like the floor wedge position, on a stand without a boom, or stand mounted for side fill or small PA.
The VSM-300 XT front panel allows dedicated control of the mic input, the unique Voice Shape filter, line level, EQ controls and master volume. The full complement of control allows you to create your perfect monitor mix. VSM-300 XT includes a floor based I/O box that provides connections for any complexity of monitor mix. The I/O box includes a mic input, stereo instrument and aux. Additionally, the I/O box includes pass-thrus of each input for sending direct sound to a Front-of House engineer. To facilitate system expansion, the I/O box also includes an extra output to drive a hi-passed subwoofer and a stereo link output creating a stereo system by employing another VSM-300 XT or VSM-200 XT. For simple setups, VSM-300 XT has separate mic and line inputs on the back panel. The mic input includes 20 dB pad and phantom power for condensor mics.
