The Gibson Custom Shop has produced a very small amount of these 70's looking Les Paul Customs. They have replicated the look and feel of a 70's era Les Paul Custom. Finished in antique Ebony with gold hardware, this guitar includes a maple top with a period correct pancake-style maple/mahogany body and a mahogany back, an ebony fretboard with 6190 frets, pearl block inlays, and gold Grover tulip-style tuners. The sound is reproduced for this 70's Les Paul Custom with a 496R in the neck position, and a 498T in the bridge position. Available in Ebony, Silverburst and Antique Vintage White.
