Looking like a rocket, and sounding like one too, the Airline Lap Steel is made of one solid piece of basswood for ultimate sustain and is fitted with a hot-rail humbucker pickup for fuel. Just plug it in and take off. This Eastwood model is fashioned after the National, Supro and Airline models from the late 1950’s and 60’s that were sold through Montgomery Ward but, this is not your Grandfather’s Airline.
