The Lindy Fralin Real 54 Strat set uses beveled Alnico III magnets- the same magnets used in 1954 by Fender. This set has a little less output than the Fralin Vintage Hot or Blues Specials, giving them authentic sparkling 50's Strat tone. The Lindy Fralin Real 54 Strat set is as authentic in construction and tone as you'll find without spending a fortune on the real thing.

A base plate on the bridge pickup adds a little low frequency response without sacrificing any highs.
